Bounty, Contact Me
Please contact me email drichard at largo.com or dave_largo on the IRC if you might be interested in a minor bounty project. Apparently the Layout Slides in OpenOffice Impress are hard coded into the source. An example of adding another slide is displayed on this issue. We would like to add 2 more slides. One that is a 2x2 grid to hold photos, and the other which is 3x2. I have circled them in the mockup below. I would create the issue on openoffice.org, you would attach the patch. It would be my job to get it accepted and merged.

If only I had a machine that can handle the load of building OOo, I could do it.
hub: I have a buildbot machine that we can put on the internet for ssh. It's a quad, dual-core computer that we retired. I think the Sun guys got it to compile in under an hour. We don't have a ton of money, but could build up a relationship for these types of things and put a few dollars in your pocket. Find me on the IRC. I work 7:30-4:30 Eastern-US.
it is not a buildbot I'd need, it is a workstation.
been there done that. my only machine left can not take the heat to do any development on OOo.

hub: It will be a workstation. Buildbot was just a name we had for the server which had multiple operating systems on it. We will blow it and install OpenSuse or Fedora. It will basically just be a monster machine. I'm at home, will be on IRC tomorrow morning at 7:45am Eastern US
in this modern era, we really do rely on the machines. i personally don't really lie the fact that we people are becoming technology savvy day by day..
i can build without using any machine .. any way i like it ..

The issue of this post is very effective...the point of view is logical so far.
